1. About EliteCrave

EliteCrave (“EliteCrave”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an online content subscription platform operated by x2thezee Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

EliteCrave enables verified content creators (“Creators”) to upload and monetise lawful adult-oriented content, and allows registered users (“Users”) to subscribe to and interact with Creators.

 

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using EliteCrave, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms

  • You agree to comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations

If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

 

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

  • EliteCrave is strictly for adults (18+)

  • Users and Creators may be required to complete age and identity verification

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification or provide false information

 

4. Accounts & Registration

You agree that:

  • All registration details must be accurate and kept up to date

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security

  • You must not share, sell, or transfer your account

  • You are solely responsible for all activity on your account

EliteCrave may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

 

5. Creator Accounts & Responsibilities

Creators confirm that:

  • They own or have legal rights to all uploaded content

  • All content features consenting adults only

  • Content does not include prohibited material (see Section 7)

  • They comply with UK law, including record-keeping obligations where applicable

Creators grant EliteCrave a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute their content solely for platform operation.

Creators retain full ownership of their content.

 

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Fees

6.1 Payments

  • Payments are processed via approved third-party payment providers

  • EliteCrave does not store card or wallet details

  • Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required

6.2 Platform Fees

EliteCrave deducts a platform service fee from Creator earnings, as displayed in the Creator dashboard.

6.3 No Refunds

All purchases, tips, subscriptions, and digital content payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

 

7. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Minors or age-play content

  • Non-consensual, exploitative, or coerced content

  • Violence, bestiality, incest, or extreme fetish content

  • Hate speech, terrorism, or illegal activity

  • Stolen, pirated, or copyrighted content without permission

  • Impersonation or fraud

Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

 

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Record, download, distribute, or resell content

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse Creators or other Users

  • Circumvent paywalls or security systems

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools

 

9. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, software, designs, and trademarks belong to x2thezee Ltd.

Users receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view purchased content for private use only.

 

10. DMCA & Copyright Complaints

EliteCrave respects intellectual property rights.

Copyright complaints may be submitted via our DMCA / Copyright Policy.
Repeat infringers will be permanently banned.

 

11. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts:

  • For breaches of these Terms

  • For legal or regulatory reasons

  • To protect platform integrity or users

Termination does not entitle Users or Creators to refunds.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

EliteCrave is provided “as is”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for user-generated content

  • We are not responsible for Creator conduct

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the previous 12 months.

 

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify x2thezee Ltd against any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the platform

  • Content you upload

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Violation of law or third-party rights

 

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of EliteCrave is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with UK GDPR.

 

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

 

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
